Where are we located?

Our Allerthorpe Golf & Country Park is located in East Yorkshire, YO42 4RL, 30 minutes from York. We are just 2 miles outside the beautiful historic market town nestled at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds, and minutes from Allerthorpe Lake Park from Paddle Boarding to Open Water Aqua Park. Award winning pub and restaurant located at the park.

Our Malton Grange Country Park is located in North Yorkshire, YO17 6UP, 30 minutes from York. We are just 3 miles outside the beautiful market town of Malton, food capital of Yorkshire, and 3 miles from both Flamingo Land theme park and Castle Howard. The nearest pub and restaurant is within 1 mile of the park.

When are we open?

We are open all year including Christmas and New Year!

Whats the minimum stay?

You can stay at Allerthorpe from 2 night upwards. 

You can stay at Malton Grange from 1 night upwards. Our Gold Lodges have a minimum 2 night stays for Friday – Saturday whilst Silver Lodges are available throughout the year for 1 night stays.

Does my lodge have a hot tub?

Both our Silver and Gold Lodges come with private hot tubs which are all set to 38c upon check in and chemically tested each day.

Are the lodges pet friendly?

Most of our lodges are pet friendly. We do have some that are not which is highlighted in the lodge description. There is a £25.00 pet charge for the extra deep clean our team do to ensure there are no hairs etc for future guests.

What time is Check In / Check Out?

Check-in is from 4pm onwards. The main office is open each day 9am – 5pm but we do have a drop-box system for those arriving later. Check-out is between 9am – 10am however guests can pay £20.00 for a 1pm check out. 

Whats the house keeping fee?

The housekeeping fee of £25.00 is for your bedding, one towel per guest, kitchen tea towel and hot tub maintenance. This charge is added to your overall booking.

Why do you charge security deposit?

We place a pre-authorisation of £150.00 against your bank account or credit card to ensure that should any damage occur the payment can be deducted. We are well aware that accidents happen and always ask the guest to report such things to us immediately. Once you check-out and the lodge is inspected we instruct your bank to release the per-authorisation and make the funds available to you. This process usually takes between one – three days after check-out.

Does my lodge have Wi-Fi?

Each lodge has Wi-Fi. Some lodges offer free Wi-Fi while others charge a small fee. You simply search for the number of the lodge you are in.
